Annual dues are $35 per year for individuals. Corporate rates are available based on employer size and record.
Membership dues are $15 annually for persons with disabilities or in pauperis. Included
are free newsletters, email updates on latest discrimination decisions, counseling and referrals for legal matters.
END will assist all victims of discrimination to the extent possible by law. For

Who Can Join? Any person in a protected class. Any
minority race, female, disabled person, older American, or gay/lesbian individual.
Anyone who is a member of a protected class, has been a victim of discrimination, or employers who proactively seek to
avoid discrimination in their workplaces and truly support equality.
Benefits of Joining We suppport all our members in raising awareness and
educating employers about discrimination and the dynamics in the workplace. We advocate
through our legislators for reforms and changes in the laws. We collaborate with other organizations
to ensure Anti Discrimination Laws are enforced.
End will be a portal for victims of discrimination to find information and assistance and to create a vehicle to raise support
and awareness of their situation or litigation.
